Paparazzi spied McLaren 675LT during its Testing
A camouflaged McLaren 675LT has been snapped during its testing on the Spa Francorchamps circuit.
The British automaker unveiled the Long Tail variant of the 650S Coupe at the Motor Show in Geneva. This happened earlier in 2015. Nevertheless, pre-production tests are still being conducted. Chris Goodwin, the automaker’s chief test driver, was driving this prototype model with MV420R internal code.
Customers can already start ordering the 675LT. As to deliveries, they will probably begin in July. The vehicle is equipped with a 3.8-litre eight-cylinder engine generating 675 hp (or 496 kW) and torque of 700 Nm (or 517 lb-ft). The car has lost 220 lbs (or 100 kg) in comparison with the 650S Coupe. Therefore, its weight is 2,711 lbs (or 1,230 kg) now. The production is limited to only 500 units. Prices for the offering kick off at 259,500 GBP.
