Goodwood to Welcome Special Operations 650S by McLaren
Festival of Speed traditionally conducted in West Essex has always been interesting to the auto world for the hottest releases by domestic companies. Goodwood 2014 is also to feature an exciting debut from McLaren.
Limited edition of 50 sports vehicles dubbed 650 S will be assembled by McLaren Special Operations (MSO). The car was inspired by a coupe concept under the same name. Carbon fibre neighbours satin in external design, matched by modified side blades and rear diffuser. Bright orange, black and fluorescent will be in the finish array. Diet for MSO Spyder included implementation of new alloy diamond-shaped wheels with 10 spokes.
Inside the cab one will see black artificial suede and carbon fibre. Some of the fascia details are finished in shiny plastics. Of course, classification bagding will also be present within the car. As a bonus for the purchase happy owners will get a custom made sketch of the vehicle and a stylish bag.
Spyder will be £20,000 more expensive than a coupe variant from MSO costing £252,500. Dealerships will get a hold on the car by the end of 2014.
Supercar booth is already waiting for the debut. The new vehicle from McLaren will also participate in the hill race.
