Mazda CX-9 might to Europe
It was found out that Mazda is considering a chance of launching the CX-9 on the continent.
AutoExpress had an interview with the automaker’s boss in Europe during the Auto Show in NY. He stated that this model is “a possibility” in Europe as they can take a reasonable Mazda share of the segment. The boss says that the volume of this beautiful product for Europe is rather small what makes the business case rather difficult.
In case the offering arrives on the continent, it should get a diesel motor according to the wishes of clients in Europe. The considered vehicle will be marketed in the U.S. this summer. It will feature an innovated turbocharged petrol engine with 247 hp.
Now the Japanese producer is offering the CX-3 and CX-5 SUVs for European clients. The deadlines of delivery stretch into the middle of 2016 for some of the markets.
The chief adds that the world wants more CX cars than the company is able to manufacture.
