CX-3, MX-5 and Mazda6 are Ready for Auto Salon in Tokyo
A whole bunch of goodies from Mazda are prepared for the 2016 Auto Salon held in Tokyo.
The Japanese producer will not show any official Mazdaspeed cars this year, but it will present 3 racing concepts. They take their origins from the MX-5 Miata, CX-3 and Mazda6 vehicles. The CX-3 and MX-5 received a jet black exterior colour. There also are some red accents. The cars benefit from sportier wheels, Alcantara interior and an aero kit. As to the Mazda6 sedan, its design comes more conservative: its theme is a more all-black.
A spec racing offering in white livery completed with tow hooks and roll cage will be introduced by Mazda in order to contrast the black MX-5. A rally-prepped Mazda2 with a stripped out cabin, a roll cage and racing harness will also be presented by the automaker.
Finally, the producer will show off several familiar models, such as the RX Vision concept, Global Cup roadster and LM55 Vision Gran Turismo.
