Pricing for the 2016 Range Rover Evoque Facelift
Land Rover has presented all pricing information for the 2016 Evoque facelift which is commercialized in the United Kingdom.
The mildly facelifted offering debuted last month in Geneva. It is supposed to go on sale in Britain this September. The price will start from £30,200. There are some subtle changes to the front bumper, tailgate spoiler, front radiator enclosure thankfully to the refresh. There also are optional three new alloy wheel designs and full LED headlamps.
The vehicle received a new seat outlook. Its interior scheme was updated. Some colours and materials were revised when the InControl Touch gained an eight-inch touchscreen. The facelifted offering has also received a Gesture Control function. It will permit to open the tailgate without touching it.
Land Rover wants to boost regular equipment. Therefore, it is planning to add power-folding mirrors, lane departure warning, automatic headlamps, automatic climate control, heated eight-way adjustable front seats, rain-sensing wipers and autonomous emergency braking system.
What is more important is that the model receives a new aluminium Ingenium TD4 turbodiesel engine. The customers will be able to choose between 150 hp (110 kW) and 180 hp (132 kW) variants. The luxurious crossover will also be available with a powerful Si turbo petrol engine generating 240 hp (or 177 kW). This Evoque will be able to reach 62 mph (or 100 km/h) in 7.6 seconds while its top speed will be at 135 mph (or 217 km/h).
The Range Rover line-up will get a new member next year. It will be a Cabrio variant. Moreover, a range-topping SV Autobiography offering is being created. It will have more high-end characteristics on the inside.
