Every Lamborghini model will get an electric motor
Lamborghini models will become electric at the end of 2024.
At this moment, the Italian company implements a plan to reduce the number of harmful substances in the atmosphere.
As the director of the supercar manufacturer Stefan Winkelmann said, investments will amount to more than 1.5 billion euros for implementing the program. Some money will go to the development of composite materials technology to reduce the weight of cars, and the rest of the money will go to the creation of engines with combined pull.
It turns out that in 2024 every current Lamborghini model (Huracan and Aventador supercars and Urus crossover) will get petrol-electric units. Winkelmann also assured that Lamborghini is creating a fully electric supercar, which will debut after 2025.
