Exclusively LTE-Powered Telematics and Infotainment System for 2016 Kia K900
This year’s Kia K900 benefits from the automaker’s UVO Luxury Series. It is the only car that benefits from it, by the way.
UVO Luxury Services is going to be exclusive to the flagship sedan. Actually, it is the next iteration of the company’s UVO infotainment telematics set-up. Some premium functions and features will be added, for example: remote vehicle command and control, Local Search by Google, a dealership appointment set-up. All of them will be powered by LTE connectivity.
The application under consideration can be downloaded on any Google Android and Apple iOS device from the respective stores. Users can log in a web portal in order to enable direct communication to their car. There will be access to remote start and stop, remote lock and unlock and remote cabin preconditioning through the considered application. A full suite of My Car Zone features along with speed alerts and curfew, Local Search powered by Google and Geofence settings.
UBO Luxury Services can be obtained for free for the first 5 years of ownership. Clients even do not have to subscribe.
