Presentation of F-Type Project 7 from Jaguar at French Race Ground
During the first weekend of July the most efficient modern vehicle of Jaguar will try to deliver the best results in Le Mans Classic race.
60 years ago the first Jaguar D-Type appeared. Commemoration of the event will encompass the race release of the car inspired by the glorious predecessor. F-Type Project 7 already had its moment of glory in England, and now it will for the first time be seen competing with other vehicles during Le Mans, such as D- and F-Type R.
The latest product of Jaguar adopts an eight-cylinder mill with the displacement of 5.0 litres making 567 hp enabling it to spend slightly less than 4 seconds on a 62-mph sprint. Maximum speed of the vehicle is 186 mph. At first the demonstration race will be made, and after that the main programme will begin where F-Type Project 7 will compete with other Jaguar cars.
