G37 from Infiniti with a New Name and Limited Life

Next year saloon G37 may not be recognized as it will be concealed by other name.

The luxury Japanese brand has announced that its plans for the current G37 include renaming for 2015 and discontinuation it in the aftermath.

Be prepared to witness a scarce choice: the standard model and four-wheel drive one, and a pair of finishes. Apart from that, Q40 will offer only a couple of kits, including the one with a navigator and the one with a glass sunroof.

With the new prices unavailable one can only assume a slight change in the range of $33,000 - $35,000 demanded for two- and four-wheel drive variants in the USA, respectively. Powertrain will be carryover from the outgoing modification, namely, there will be installed a six-cylinder 323-hp plus an automatic gearbox for seven speeds in Q40.
