New Honda Odyssey arrives at New York auto show
Honda offers help for dirty minivans: new Odyssey, which was presented at the New York show this week, is equipped with built-in vacuum cleaner.
HondaVAC system is available in Touring Elite vehicles only. It was constructed in cooperation with Shop-Vac and includes built-in hoses that are able to reach every upside in the car. Orifice accessories are included in order to clean all corners.
The vacuum system works when the engine is on and continues to work for at least eight minutes after the vehicle has been turned off.
In addition to HondaVAC convenience for active families, Odyssey has also refreshed design, improved safety and some tech details.
The refreshed Odyssey now uses an aluminum hood and front fenders. The twin-bar grille is a bit more remarkable and the low front fascia now includes chromed fog lights.
Other modification is badging. It was slightly improved and the rear got LED tail light bars.
The modern interior includes start button and redesigned center stack with new functions. Some of the center stacks include HD radio, SMS messaging and HondaLink with Aha which shows your smartphone’s content on the car's interface.
Touring Elite vehicles were also equipped with expanded driver's mirror, forward collision warning and lane-departure warning.
