Honda HR-V will cost starting from 17,995 pounds in the UK
The Honda HR-V has almost reached the United Kingdom with its price kicking off at £17,995 OTR. We remind you that the model was presented sometime earlier in 2015 in European specifications.
The subcompact crossover is regular and has a huge array of different equipment. There are automatic headlamps, climate control and cruise control in the car. If a customer orders the upgrades to the mid-range offering, the automaker will reward the owner with front and rear parking sensors, touch panel controls for the dual-zone climate control, automatic wipers and 6-speaker sound system for £19,745. Meanwhile, ordering the top-of-the-range £23,195 model will supply rear-view camera, panoramic sunroof with tilt and slide function, full leather upholstery, smart entry and start and 17-inch rims.
The Honda Connect infotainment system is running on Android. It comes regular on the mid- and top-range variants. This system has pre-installed applications and a seven-inch touchscreen display. At the same time, Garmin navigation can be obtained for some extra money on the mid-range variant while the flagship offering rides with a standard one.
Clients will have an opportunity to choose between two engines. The first choice offers an i-VTEC petrol unit with displacement of 1.5-litres. This unit has an output of 130 hp (or 96 kW). The second choice gives a 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine producing 120 hp (or 88 kW). Both engines are joined to a six-speed manual gear box. Though, the petrol unit can be optionally mated to a new CVT (continuously variable transmission).
Honda UK assures that the HR-V will reach dealerships sometime in the end of August.
