Honda Accord Coupe V6 HFP Pack Offered
Honda is providing a limited-edition performance pack planned to upgrade its V6 Accord Coupe.
First presented during last year’s SEMA Show, the kit costs $4,620 without installation and will be limited to just 500 units. It offers a Honda Factory Performance (HFP) suspension that lowers the vehicle 0.6 inches and increases handling. Customers also receive 19-inch alloy wheels that Honda provides as a standalone option for $2,634.
Aside from suspension and wheel upgrades over the base model, the kit features front, side and rear underbody spoilers as well as a decklid spoiler red interior illumination. Vehicles equipped with the package also receive special badges, but most of the details are available as standalone options on the Honda retail site.
Planning to recreate the package through Honda’s retail site on a fresh V6 Accord Coupe will rack up $4,583 in options that amount to the aero kit and wheels, which means you skip the relevant performance upgrades while spending almost as much. There aren’t any changes to increase power, but V6 Accord makes plenty of output with 278 hp and a 0-60 time of only 5.5 sec.
