Evolutionary Styling Of 2019 Explorer From Ford
The 5-gen Explorer has come out back in 2011 and the next-generation offering is under some advanced testing.
The styling is rather evolutionary. The new vehicle will feature a new front fascia, an innovated hood, bumper and restyled headlights. The rear part also will be new.
Even though, there will be no major changes in styling, all the rest will be changed. The 2019 Explorer from Ford will refuse from the old D4 underpinnings and change them into the latest D6 platform. More aluminium will provide less weight for the large SUV. This will also be helpful to save fuel and enhance handling.
There is a possibility that the automaker will refuse from the 3.5-litre naturally-aspirated six-cylinder and go for the newest crop of EcoBoost engines.
