Beijing Debut: Ford Previews Its Next SUV with Everest Concept
Ford is persistent in taking what is left of the vacant market space of sub-compact SUVs in China with its freshest release.
After the presentation of seven-seat Everest SUV concept in Beijing spokesmen of the brand informed the audience that Chinese customers might get a locally produced car made by JMC. Little is known so far of whether a lot of concept’s features will carryover to the production variant; Ford only vaguely mentioned that Everest model would take its place in the company’s SUV array. Australian site was busy with engineering of this vehicle.
Special Ford’s design language is unmistakably read by the appearance of the new release. It includes a protruding trapezium-shaped grille integrated into a fine combination of slightly aggressive and fairly elegant outlook of an SUV easily conquering rural roads and country tracks.
Chinese representatives rounded off by saying that harmonious shares of well-thought style and performance characteristics of Everest concept make it a promising release.
