Spy Pictures of 2017 Fiat Panda's Facelift
Paparazzi caught Fiat testing its mid-cycle refresh for the adorable Panda. The vehicle is expected to come out at the end of this year.
The car was seen in Italy. The prototype is heavily camouflaged. We expect only minor changes. The 3rd-gen of Fiat’s city vehicle will gain series of mild styling updates similar to the 500 having the identical platform.
The exterior will be not changed much. As to interior, there will be more important changes inside the cabin. The latest automaker’s Uconnect infotainment set-up featuring a 5-inch display will come together with other kinds of tweaks. A modified helm, slightly updated switchgear and new upholstery will be offered as well.
The engine range will be the same as in the facelifted 500. The 5- and 6-speed manual transmissions will also be carried over along with the Dualogic robotized gearbox.
The automaker may present the 2017 Panda this October at the Motor Show that will be held in Paris. Before the facelifted Panda, the Tipo hatchback will come out. Then it will receive the more practical wagon body design. Spy images from America have proved that the company is developing an innovated Punto. It will probably come out next year.
