Fiat Panda turns 40

The most popular car of the Italian brand Fiat is the Panda hatchback. For the fortieth anniversary of the vehicle, the manufacturer presented its updated version.

The updated Panda has a different front bumper, other rims, and modified side skirts. And the new Sport version has 16-inch alloy two-tone wheels, exterior mirrors in body color, and a contrasting black roof.

The cabin features a seven-inch multimedia display with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support and a new dashboard decorated with recycled wood inserts.

The three-cylinder one-liter gasoline engine has a capacity of 70 horsepower. It works in conjunction with a starter-generator and a lithium-ion battery. During acceleration, the electrical system is connected to supply the energy generated during braking.

Fiat sold 184,000 Fiat Panda vehicles in 2019.
