Fiat Chrysler will also develop flying cars

Concern FCA will become an active participant in the development and production of the latest type of transport.

The company will try its hand at creating flying cars that can take off and land vertically.

FCA has recently signed agreements with the American firm Archer, which will present the first electric-powered flying vehicle in 2021. A single image shows that the novelty is a compact convertiplane with six rotary-wing propellers.

The maximum speed of the flying car is up to 240 km/hr. The range of transport on a single charge is up to 100 km.

Archer and FCA have now joined forces to create the cockpit elements of a flying car. The company plans to produce flying cars in large quantities. Their serial production may start in 2023.
