Ferrari's Exciting Lineup: Six New Cars to be Revealed in 2025

Ferrari Unveils Plans for Six New Models

Ferrari had an exceptional year of sales and is gearing up for a thrilling 2025 with the introduction of six new cars. The details were disclosed in a report outlining the company's 2024 performance. The highlight of this year's lineup will be Ferrari's debut electric vehicle, known as the "Ferrari elettrica", which will be officially launched on October 9 during the Capital Markets Day in Maranello.

A Glimpse into Ferrari's Future

While the identities of the other five models remain under wraps, we can speculate on what to expect. With the discontinuation of the SF90 Stradale, it is likely that a replacement for this plug-in hybrid V-8 supercar will be unveiled later in 2025. Additionally, updates to the 296 are expected, and it is reasonable to anticipate the release of convertible versions for both models.

A new version of the Purosangue SUV is also in the works, providing a more affordable alternative to the V-12 models. With an electrification-focused platform, this SUV is likely to feature a plug-in hybrid V-8 or a similar powertrain. Despite increasing emissions regulations, Ferrari remains committed to preserving their revered twelve-cylinder engines for as long as possible.

Looking Ahead

It is unlikely that the Roma will be replaced in 2025, and there is limited information available about the "SP4" series, part of the Icona Series. Notably, the Daytona SP3 was released in 2022, following the launch of the Monza SP1/SP2 in 2018. Last year, Ferrari expanded deliveries of the SP3, a limited-edition V-12 supercar produced in only 599 units.

Although Ferrari has not yet introduced an electric vehicle, hybrid models have gained popularity in recent years. In 2024, electrified vehicles accounted for the majority (51%) of Ferrari's total shipments, with pure internal combustion engines making up the remaining 49%. The zero-emission model set to debut in the last quarter of this year is unlikely to be a supercar, as spy shots revealed a modified Maserati Levante body. It is anticipated that this upcoming model will be more practical and versatile than a traditional two-seater performance car.
