Ferrari Sets A Global Sales Record
Ferrari shipped more than 2000 vehicles worldwide over the 1st quarter of this year. This makes 121 units more than during the same period in 2016.
1034 of these sales happened in Europe, Africa region (EMEA) and Middle East. 545 units were sold to Americans. 161 cars were marketed in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In the same time, the Asia Pacific region did 263 shipments (52 of them went to Australia).
The Q1 helped the company to reach 8400 shipments in 2017 based on internal projections.
The growth in sales was attributed partly to a 50% growth in sales of its V12 offerings.
EMEA expanded by 8.8% with France, Germany, Italy and the U.K. growing at double-pace digit. Meanwhile the U.S. grew by 4.2%.
In the same time net revenue increased more than 20%.
