CEO confirms the LaFerrari Spider

The LaFerrari Spider from Ferrari has been confirmed by Sergio Marchionne.

Gossips about the convertible variant of the vehicle were roaming since its presentation at the Motor Show in Geneva 3 years ago. The vehicle was showcased at a private event in 2016. Probably, that was made for prospective customers. Not long ago the CEO has stated that the considered car exists.

The CEO’s remark touched a Dino V6 and LaFerrarina (a less extreme variant of the LaFerrari). According to him, a baby Ferrari offering won’t happen. What concerns the Dino, Marchionne stated that the automaker is still questioning is positioning, price and relation to the next 448.

There is a possibility that the LaFerrari Spider will be presented this year. However, the automaker may keep it until 2017.
