Impalas Free to Rent to Enliven Chevrolet Sales

Car renters who enjoy an official membership and have chosen Chevrolet Impala will be able to take another one for a weekend ride free of charge.

The promotional action is valid in separate areas and applies to those who opted for an Impala from the beginning of November 2013 till the beginning of February 2014. Chevrolet will offer these drivers a free weekend with Impala. A free rent will be possible for loyal customers till the end of the current month.

Geography of the action is limited. The luckiest drives live in the capitals of Georgia and Arizona and some other areas of the Northeast.

The initiators of the action are confident that a choice of Impala for rent might eventually lead to buying one. If the test drive turns out to be successful, a lot of customers might one day opt for a dealership instead of the car rent site.

It is not the first promotional action used by carmakers in the USA. Modern technologies made it possible to implement different instruments for it. Thus, in 2013 General Motors referred to QR codes for rentals in Malibu to advertise the services.
