Chevy ''Crossvolt'' Trademark Re-Developed
There is high probability that Chevy is about to use the ‘Crossvolt’ badge some day in the future.
The brand has introduced a new application with the aim of protection the ‘Crossvolt’ name, which may be found for use on an automobile in the filing. The trademark for the name was for the first time used in 2011 with extension in 2013; though it was rejected in November of 2014. The new filing is considerably identical to the original one.
2010 was the year when Chevrolet introduced the Volt MPV5 Concept, a small crossover employing the same plug-in hybrid powertrain as the Volt sedan does. The ‘Crossvolt’ badge appears an ideal match for the Volt crossover version.
The 2015 Detroit Auto Show that is going to take place in two weeks will be the agenda for a debut of the new 2016 Volt. One may also predict Chevy presenting a new version of the ‘Crossvolt.’
