Cadillac CT5 officially debuts

Cadillac showed a new sedan in the CT5 coupe form in New York. Novelty replacing CTS model.

The new car will appear in 3 versions and the 2nd possible motors. The basic version of the sedan got a 2.0-liter 237-horsepower gasoline turbo engine. A choice of cars is also available with a 3.0-liter 355 hp V6 turbo unit. The motors interact with the 'automatic' on 10 steps, and the drive is rear or front.

Standard premium sedan has Adaptive Remote Start, which allows you to remotely set the air temperature inside the car, activating the heating/ventilation of the seats and steering wheel. Additionally, there will be a semi-autonomous Super Cruise drive system.

The cheapest Cadillac CT5 will receive a system of warning of frontal collisions with emergency braking to pedestrians. Premium Luxury and Sport versions are complemented by a strip to warn cars when the CT5 is reversing. We also single out an adaptive 'cruise' and an automatic valet.
