A Bentley-Fighting SUV from Cadillac

Cadillac is cooking two vehicles featuring price between $250,000 and $300,000.

A report indicates that the producer wants to develop a high-end SUV and sedan. Both vehicles will rival Rolls-Royce and Bentley models.

The new SUV offering will be placed after the Escalade. By the way, rumours suggest that the last one will be called the XT8. The new SUV will target at Maserati Levante, Bentley Bentayga, Lamborghini Urus, Aston Martin DBX and Rolls-Royce Cullinan to sport the XT9 nameplate. It will be the automaker’s leading vehicle. Its price will kick off from $250,000.

The XT8 will not appear on the market until 2020. So, do not expect the XT9 earlier than in the 2027.

The CT6 is now Cadillac’s flagship sedan. Besides, a CT8 is being developed. It will serve as a competitor for BMW 7-Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class.  The Ct9 will debut sometime in 2029. Its p[rice will feature $300,000. The vehicle will rival with luxury sedans, such as the ones from Rolls-Royce.
