2017 XT5 from Cadillac will be introduced at the Motor Show in Dubai this November
Cadillac is going to introduce its XT5 at the Motor Show held in Dubai. The model is a predecessor to the XTS.
The crossover will have its official premiere in the beginning of November. Meanwhile, this year’s Auto Show in LA will see the U.S. launch of it sometime later in November. There already are pictures of the 2017 Cadillac XT5 online. Though, precise information about the new offering was not announced yet.
According to the rumours, there will be two wheelbase options. The longer one will support as much as seven seats.
We expect to see the familiar 3.6-litre six-cylinder engine under the vehicle’s hood during the launch. A diesel unit may be offered with the lapse of time. The gearbox will be upgraded to nine speeds. A hybrid and, presumably, a plug-in hybrid version will be seen in the range after the launch.
Inside the cabin you will find Cadillac’s CUE infotainment system, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
All the details will be available after the vehicle’s presentation this November.
