What should the Bugatti Chiron look like?

The production Chiron still has an extraterrastrial outlook. CNET says that the “eight eyes’ outlook (the automaker calls it like that)  actually was not planned for the vehicle’s outlook. Sasha Selipanov proposed a design for the successor of Veyron.

His design won and VW Group asked him to be among the staff full-time. SO, in cuch a way, he focused on the Chiron’s appearance. Even though his front fascia was not approved for the production offering, the rear end and side profile look very similar to his idea.

The company was often criticized for playing it safe by going an evolutionary path in design in comparison with its Veyron. However, in the end they can see a perfect example of the vehicle’s function over form. The automaker primarily focused on aerodynamics. The Chiron’s body needs to be very sleek in order to satisfy the creator’s needs (breaking its own world speed record). Its engine (the 8.0-litre quad-turbo W16 unit) has to stay in optimal temperatures in order the vehicle could do it.

Not long ago the Japanese government gave green light to production models with camera-based rearview mirrors. Besides having a cool outlook, these mirrors will make the model under consideration benefit from their weight and wind resistance.
Interior presents a combination of carbon fibber and metals, only the seatbelt housing features plastic.
