The new generation of Audi RS6 Avant wagon received a 600-horsepower unit
The "hot" wagon of the new generation Audi RS6 Avant with a 600-horsepower declassified.
The car will debut publicly next month in Frankfurt. The novelty equipped with a 4.0-liter V8 with two turbines, which works with a starter-generator, plus a 48-volt onboard electric system in a "soft hybrid" circuit. The engine produces 600 "horses" with 800 Nm of peak torque.
The engine works with an 8-speed automatic and Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Universal "hundred" submits in 3.6 seconds, top speed - 250 km per hour.
Standard equipment on the Audi RS6 Avant includes an adaptive air suspension, an active rear differential and a fully-controlled base with swiveling rear wheels.
The interior in a standard new generation station wagon includes a fully digital 12.3-inch "tidy" and two massive central sensors.
In Europe, sales of the latest Audi RS6 Avant will be in 2020.
