New Grille and Headlights of 2017 Audi Q5
The next year’s Audi Q5 was spotted wearing less camouflage.
The unit is scheduled to be presented sometime later in 2016. It will be a mid-size crossover following the footsteps of the Q7 and adopting a controversial front fascia featuring an upright enclosure and slender headlamps from LED. The design tweaks are hidden by camouflage, but we have noticed famous character lines, a tailgate-placed spoiler and a sloping roof. The vehicle boasts Led taillights, door-mounted mirrors and a shark fin antenna.
The vehicle under consideration will be equipped with the familiar platform. The same one underpins the restyled A4. This change will reduce the offering’s weight by 220 pounds in comparison with its predecessor.
Expect the same engines as were used for A4. Therefore, there will be a prominent 2.0-litre TFSI V4 motor with output of 248 hp and torque of 273 lb-ft. Rumours suggest that a high-performance RS version is possible. If so, then it will use either a 3.0-litre biturbo six-cylinder engine or a 2.5-litre turbocharged V5 unit.
Eco-friendly clients will have a chance to order a plug-in hybrid version with a range of almost 30 miles on electricity only.
