2014 Audi RS 7 Cost Starting at $105,795
Audi is bringing additional sport style to its range of 4-seat hatchbacks by uncovering the fresh RS 7, that can be purchased in the U.S. for $105,795 featuring delivery.
A twin-turbo V8 provides 560 hp and 553 lb-ft of torque to all 4 wheels via Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive system, making it capable to reach 60 mph in 3.9 sec. Top speed is limited to 174 mph and weight has been reduced by 55 pounds in comparison to the Audi S7. An 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission is linked up to the motor.
Further performance arrives from 15.4-inch front brake rotors and 14-inch rears, both of which can be finished in either black or red. A tuned exhaust system is equipped, but a sport exhaust system can be delivered optionally.
Audi put in some work on the fuel efficiency of the RS 7 as well. This motor includes cylinder deactivation that the company says will help improve fuel efficiency by 15 %, for a combined rating of 24 mpg.
Interior and exterior styling are also tweaked on the vehicle, which receives a leather-wrapped interior, fresh side skirts and exclusive bumpers along with an active rear spoiler and an Alcantara headliner.
Talking about pricing, the RS 7 arrives in a little more expensive that the $95,500 Mercedes CLS63 AMG, but doesn’t quite reach the $113,000 needed to get into the BMW M6 Gran Coupe.
