Alpina B5 is Lapping the Nurburgring Before the 5 Series' Debut
The Alpina B5 Touring is lapping the Nürburgring Nordschleife.
We don’t know if BMW is developing an innovated M5 estate, but we know that this high-performance wagon can become an alternative.
The license plate is the same as you could see in the last spy snaps. Alpina has not removed any of the camouflage.
The current B5 has a variant of the 4.4-litre biturbo eight-cylinder from BMW that produces 591 hp and torque of 590 pound-feet. According to the reports, a new tune has 626 hp in the newest M5. We suppose that Alpine will provide something similar.
Reports suggest that the new 5 Series from BMW will be presented at the Motor Show in Paris held this October. It will appear on the market next year. The Alpina will probably come out after that.
