Acura NSX will come out only Next Spring

If you were dreaming of the NSXs presented by Acura at The Quail, you’d better not get angry and dream again. According to the reports, the model will come out only in spring of 2016.

The vehicle was scheduled to be launched for production this autumn. Though, the automaker has suddenly announced that it will not happen till spring of the next year. Therefore, it will be a 2017 model.

Automobile Magazine assures that the producer’ decision to use a twin-turbo six-cylinder engine in exchange for a naturally-aspirated six-cylinder engine influenced the production. By the way, that one is also used in the 2013 NSX concept. This supposes that engineers had to use a longitudinal layout that needs more time for development.
