See 2017 Hennessey VelociRaptor 600!

If this year’s Ford F-150 Raptor provides not enough power for you (and it provides 450 hp), see the Hennessey Performance package.

The VelociRaptor has come out for the latest F-150 Raptor from Ford. It gave the car the 3.5-litre Eco-Boost six-cylinder motor with 605 hp and torque of 622 pound-feet. The car is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.2 seconds. This power upgrade is possible due to additional airflow cooling from higher flowing twin turbochargers breathing through a lower restriction air inlet set-up. The regular F-150 pushes 18 psi of boost. Meanwhile the Hennessey VelociRaptor provides 21 psi. All the increase is fed with the help of a bigger and more efficient air-to-air intercooler.

Ford wants to manufacture just 100 models for this year. The upgrades will cost $22,500 (together with installation). The installation will take place at the automaker’s facility located in Texas.

Ford also can offer a special VelociRaptor Off-Road Pack. It features LED lights, heavy-dut bumpers on both the front and the rear part, 20-inch Hennessey wheels wrapped in 35-inch Toyo tyres. This pack will be installed for $12, 995.
