Ford Introduces the Puma Gen-E: A Unique Electric Crossover

Ford's Electric Transformation

Ford of Europe is embracing the electric revolution with the launch of the Puma Gen-E, a distinctive electric crossover. Despite facing challenges in the market, Ford remains dedicated to its electric strategy.

All-Ford Innovation

Unlike its larger electric SUV counterparts, the Puma Gen-E is a true Ford creation. Built from the ground up as an electric vehicle, it retains the stylish design of its gas-powered sibling while incorporating electric adaptations.

Power and Efficiency

The Puma Gen-E is equipped with a front-mounted electric motor delivering 166 horsepower and 214 pound-feet of torque. Its 43 kWh lithium-ion battery provides a range of up to 234 miles on the base model. With DC fast charging capabilities, the Puma Gen-E can be recharged from 10% to 80% in just 23 minutes.

A Modern and Practical Interior

Inside the Puma Gen-E, you'll find a high-tech cabin featuring a 12.8-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The crossover offers generous cargo space, with a front trunk and an expanded rear cargo area. Foldable rear seats provide additional storage capacity.

Ford's Electric Future

The Puma Gen-E represents Ford's commitment to the electric future of transportation. Manufactured in Romania, it is available for order in Europe with deliveries starting in the spring. Ford of Europe aims to regain its market share with the success of its electric lineup.
