Volvo is totaling its electric cars

The Polestar 2 electric sedan is getting a major software update. 

The new firmware allows the car to increase its power and torque.

Director of Polestar Thomas Ingenlatt said that electric cars' whole range of functionality would be revealed shortly due to this update.

Part of the questions that have arisen remains open, as there is no information about the impact on the range with the resources of the battery. Software updates are available in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK. The update itself is not free - the price reaches 1,000 euros.
