Citroen C4 Cactus will turn into an electric car
Citroen has planned to start selling new-generation Citroen C4 Cactus next year.
The novelty will have a fully electric design. The car will be the first commodity electric car in Citroen history. Since 2020, each auto brand will acquire a hybrid or electric variation. By 2025, all models of the French company will become electric.
A direct replacement for the Citroen C4 Cactus will appear on the improved CMP architecture. This platform is ideal for cars with internal combustion engines and electrical installations. This base was used in the Peugeot 208, Opel Corsa, as well as the DS 3 Crossback.
