New SsangYong Korando replenished with LED-headlight and electric motor

SsangYong will demonstrate the concept of the cross-e-SIV in Geneva.

This novelty will be made to show the world a potential view of the future Korando (Actyon in some countries).

The concept will provide a huge 6-gang radiator grille, the type of the new Rexton, LED optics, plus an electrical installation. The engine produces 190 "horses", and the batteries provide a ride without recharging up to 450 km. The cross can be accelerated by electric traction to 150 km/h. Due to the fast charging system, 80% of the batteries will appear in 50 minutes.

Previously, representatives of SsangYong said that they want to make a line of eco-machines, which will include hybrids with electric cars. The first in such a list will be a compact cross Tivoli. The appearance of the car will take place in a year or two.

The potential replacement of SsangYong Korando/Actyon will take place in 2019.
