Model E EV from Ford Will Come Out in 2019

Reports suggest that ford will dive into green motoring in 2019 along with the new range of cars with the label of the Model E.

The family will include several body guises (a car and crossover, fully electric powerplant with a 200-mile range, hybrids and plug-in hybrids.

The company’s Model E cars should have the platform of the Focus. They will be manufactured at the newest $1.6-billion plant situated in Mexico.

Ford already takes part in green motoring. Do you remember plug-in and hybrid variants of the C-Max and Fusion. Though, a lot more competition will emerge by that time as teh cheeper electrical vehicles featuring a 200-mile range will come out (such as the next-gen Nissan Leaf, Tesla Model 3 and Chevrolet Bolt.

The Model E cars should replace the C-Max and Focus Electric. Reports suggest that the automaker wants to move 50,000 vehicles per year.

The automaker trademarked Model E 3 years ago. The Blue Oval had a dispute with Tesla because of the moniker.
