Unveiled in September 2020, the Maserati MC20 represents a technical rebirth for the Trident brand as a ground-up supercar developed entirely in Modena. Built around a carbon-fiber monocoque chassis co-engineered with Dallara, the architecture was conceived to underpin the traditional coupe, the Cielo spyder variant featuring an electrochromic glass folding roof, and the pure-electric Folgore drivetrain. Power comes from Maserati's proprietary 3.0-liter 90-degree twin-turbocharged Nettuno V6 engine equipped with Formula 1-derived pre-chamber dual-combustion technology (MTC), producing 630 horsepower and 730 Nm of torque. It is mated to an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission sending power to the rear wheels via an electronic limited-slip differential. The MC20 features butterfly doors, multi-link active suspension, and five dynamic driving modes, marketed across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
