The I (CF) generation of the Hyundai Mistra was manufactured between 2013 and 2020. The first-generation Hyundai Mistra (CF chassis) was developed by Beijing Hyundai specifically for Chinese buyers. Positioned between the Elantra and Sonata, it featured a 2,770 mm wheelbase and Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 aesthetics.
Engine options included 1.8L Nu (143 hp), 2.0L Nu (155 hp), and 1.6L T-GDI (175 hp). A facelift occurred in 2017. Throughout its production run, the I (CF) established a strong reputation for powertrain efficiency, passenger comfort, and structural reliability.
