The updated Palio received styling inspired by European Fiat models and became significantly more comfortable inside. Although the model remained budget-friendly, engineers paid more attention to ergonomics and build quality. The car retained its reputation as a workhorse, offering owners an excellent balance between price and functionality, which allowed it to remain popular in the brand's key emerging markets until the end of production.
