Unveiled in early 2021, the Audi e-tron GT (chassis code FW) launched as Audi's flagship electric grand tourer. Designed by Marc Lichte on the high-performance J1 platform shared with the Porsche Taycan, the four-door liftback exhibits breathtaking low-slung proportions, sculpted muscular haunches, and a low drag coefficient of Cd 0.24. A carbon-fiber reinforced plastic roof is available.

The powertrain comprises dual electric motors delivering electric quattro all-wheel drive, coupled with a two-speed rear transmission and an 800V battery pack (93.4 kWh gross capacity). Supporting 270 kW DC ultra-fast charging, the battery charges from 5 to 80 percent in 22.5 minutes, establishing the e-tron GT as a benchmark for electric performance. The model fully reflected the premium status of the automaker and its commitment to technological leadership in its class.
