2017 Lincoln MKZ Is Safe!
The facelifted next year’s Lincoln MKZ did it to a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the IIHS. It means that the car won top Good score in all the tests. Also it should get a Superior or Advanced rating for the front crash preventing set-up.
The model has a changed front-end structure making the sedan safer in a trouble. We remind you that the previous version got Acceptable rating in the small-overlap front crash test.
Front crash preventions system earned a Basic score last time. Now it is improved to Superior now. The collisions were avoided in the 12- and 25-mph evaluations.
Not counting the improved safety and updated design, the model can be obtained with a 3.0-litre biturbo six-cylinder unit producing 350 hp and torque of 400 pound-feet on front-wheel drive offerings. AWD models will feature output of 400 ph and 400 lb-ft.
