Meet Tesla Model X on September 29!

The production Tesla Model X could be introduced on September 29.

The American manufacturer has invited guests to the launch of the Model X. The event will be held in Fremont (California).

The company has bought the onetime Solyndra plant there. More information on the new model along with its base price will come soon. The automaker has been giving out only Signature Editions for those customers who were early on the waiting list. The model is said to cost almost as the Tesla Model S. We remind you, that price of the last one starts at $76,200 together with destinations and before incentives.

Nobody knows if the company delivers its first production crossover at the event. Tesla can simply reveal information about it. Sometime earlier in September the producer has invited buyers to configure their Signature Editions. Such vehicles cost $133,200 with destination and even more. They are equipped with the 90 kWh battery with electric motors that generate 503 hp. The power is sent to all wheels. The Model X is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 in only 3.8 seconds.
