Mazda Shares $50,000 for Tornado Aid

Mazda has joined the bulk of brands that have chipped in cash and cars to assist the victims of a furious tornado that touched-down in Moore, Oklahoma.

The Japanese automaker is sharing $25,000 to the US Red Cross, whilst the Mazda Foundation Board of Trustees is providing $25,000 too, $50,000 in total.

Moreover, Mazda offers $500 cash towards the purchase of the newest Mazda for those people who had their cars harmed or destroyed. A 90 day grace timeframe for the first payment is also part of the deal.

Current Mazda clients situated in Cleveland, Lincoln, McClain, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie counties will have their late fees and insufficient funds fees discarded by the automaker as well, if they skipped their payment this month due to the tornado.

“The tornado that ripped through Moore has had an exceptional impact on those situated far outside the actual impact place, including our own employees, dealers and clients,” informed Jim O’Sullivan, chief and CEO, MNAO.
