Pininfarina is preparing an opponent for Lamborghini Urus

Pininfarina wants to present one utterly new car annually.

The future novelty of the Italian brand is an electric sports SUV that will compete with Lamborghini Urus.

The foundation of the SUV is an entirely new architecture that has been developed with Engineering and Benteler. The car will receive two electric motors that can transmit traction to all wheels. Batteries for 100-125 kW/h, present in the bottom of the vehicle, will provide a range on a single charge of a maximum of 600 km.

According to rumors, the prototype will debut in mid-2020, but the series is expected only in 2025. The price of an electric car will reach about $300,000.

By the way, the latest Pininfarina brand new product is the Battista hypercar, which was first shown in March 2019 in Geneva.
