McLaren announced the fastest supercar
McLaren showed on teasers its most extreme version of the supercar, which is still called BP23 Hyper-GT.
This car will be the fastest among all known models in the British company. The speed of the novelty will surpass even the McLaren F1. The new McLaren hypercar will become the ideological successor to F1.
Novelty is preparing a 3-seater salon in which the driver's seat will be located in the middle, and 2 passenger seats will find their place on the sides in the rear of the car. The car will introduce a hybrid gasoline-electric installation, but information about it is still not available.
Preliminary information says that the basis for the machine is used 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, present in the supercar 720S. Teaser hints that the maximum British car will be dispersed to 391 km per hour. We add that the maximum speed in F1 is 389 km per hour.
In theory, the new McLaren hypercar will debut at the end of this summer, and the first live car sales will be held in 2019. In total there should be 106 cars at a price of about $ 2.5 million.
