154,000 pounds for McLaren 570GT
The automaker is going to celebrate British presentation of the 570GT at the Motor Show held in London.
At first the vehicle was shown in Geneva. It is the newest model of the Sport Series range. The company positions the car as “the most luxurious” offering.
The vehicle’s design reminds of the 570S. The new car differs with a side-opening glass rear hatch. With its help it is possible to access a leather-lined “Touring Deck”. The last one has 7.7 cubic feet of storage. You will also find a bigger rear spoiler, a panoramic glass roof and outstanding Pirelli P Zero tyres providing a better ride.
Inside the cabin you will realize that the driver is surrounded by luxury leather upholstery and digital control panel. 8-way power sport seats have been placed inside the vehicle. There also are an 8-speaker audio set-up, a dual-zone climate control and an infotainment set-up.
The car receives power from a 3.8-litre biturbo eight-cylinder unit. Its output stands at 570 hp and torque of 443 pound-feet. The engine is matched with a 7-speed seamless-shift gearbox. With all that the model sprints from 0-62 mph in 3.4 seconds. It can ride with a top speed of 204 mp.
The 570GT from McLaren will cost starting from £154,000 in the UK. The deliveries kick off in July.
